NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

TOWN OF ROYALTON                                                  

          PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Royalton, will hold a public hearing at the Royalton Town Hall, 5316 Royalton Center Rd., Middleport, NY 14105, on February 22, 2021, at 7:30 PM, at, as follows:

                                       

          On an application by James Salyer for a special use permit to authorize to the construction of a 61 foot amateur radio antenna support structure (ham radio) on property located at 8610 Ernest Rd., Gasport, NY 14067.

          The application is open to inspection at the Town of Royalton Clerk's Office. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so.

          PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the environmental significance of the proposed Application will be reviewed by said Board incident to said hearings.

          Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Town Clerk.
