Town Clerk

The Town Clerk's office is open to serve the public Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and on Friday from 8:00am to 2:00pm. We strive to provide a friendly atmosphere for all who enter our building. Our office is located at the window right inside the second set of double doors. Please feel free to let us know how we can serve you. HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!

Responsibilities:

Issue various licenses - Marriage licenses, hunting/fishing licenses, dog licenses, junk yard licenses

Notary Public, Records Management Officer (RMO) for Town Records, Registrar for Vital Statistics Records, Cemetery Clerk for Huskey Cemetery, Orangeport Cemetery, Royalton Mountain Ridge Cemetery and the Royalton Union Cemetery. Accept payments for water bills, various permits issued by the Assessor's office, culvert installation permits issued by the Highway department.
