REGULAR BOARD MEETING
October 21, 2013
The Regular Board Meeting of the Town of Royalton was held on Monday, October 21, 2013, at the Royalton Town Hall, 5316 Royalton Center Road, Middleport, New York. Supervisor Jennifer Bieber called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM. The Pledge to the Flag was recited at the first Public Hearing held this evening.

Town Clerk Little stated that she has received a notice from the Niagara County Industrial Development Agency stating they will be holding a Public Hearing here at our Town Hall on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 3:30 PM regarding Brent Industries, LLC.

VETERANS PARK - RENTAL FEE INCREASE

Resolution to adjust the pricing for the purchase of burial plots and burials in the two (2) active cemeteries maintained by the Town of Royalton. The two (2) active cemeteries are Royalton Mountain Ridge Cemetery and Royalton Union Cemetery. The new pricing structure will be as follows:

Resolved to authorize Marie L. Little, Town Clerk, to enter in to a contract with Value Payment Systems for credit card processing for the town offices. This will include the Town Clerks office, the Tax Collector, Water-Utility Billing, and the Court Office. This change will allow us to accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit and debit cards. There is no cost to the town for this service, all costs associated with using a credit or debit card will be passed along to the consumer utilizing the service.
