REGULAR BOARD MEETING
July 15, 2019
The Regular Board Meeting of the Town of Royalton was held on Monday, June 10, 2019 at the Royalton Town Hall, 5316 Royalton Center Road, Middleport, New York. Supervisor Daniel Bragg called the meeting to order at 6:59 PM. The Pledge to the Flag was recited.

On a motion made by Councilman Criswell, seconded by Councilwoman Wittcop, the following was

Resolved to accept the Supervisor’s Report for the month of June 2019.

On a motion made by Councilman Rehwaldt, seconded by Councilwoman Wittcop, the following was

GRISWOLD STREET WATERLINE PROJECT
On a motion made by Councilwoman Wittcop, seconded by Councilman Rehwaldt, the following was

Resolved to award Milherst Construction, Inc the Griswold Street Waterline Project at a cost not
to exceed $794,215.00.

AUDIT OF CLAIMS
On a motion made by Councilman Criswell, seconded by Councilman Rehwaldt, the following was

Resolved that the Town Clerk be and she hereby is authorized to draw a warrant upon the funds
of the Supervisor for Abstract #7 for the year 2019 in the amounts of:

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Councilman Criswell asked what was the status of the trees located in the cemeteries. Councilwoman
Wittcop replied she received the proposals but had questions on them. Supervisor Bragg mentioned
to wait till next meeting for clarification on quotes and speak with Highway Superintendent Spark for
any assistance.
Supervisor Bragg mentioned the Sewer Plant Grant is on time. Money is released. Notice of Award
was sent out.

Supervisor Bragg mentioned that LOSAP is delayed/postponed due to voting construction.
Supervisor Bragg mentioned the mowing is out of control at the cemeteries.
THERE WERE NO ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO COME BEFORE THE BOARD
PUBLIC COMMENT – GOOD WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY
Ditching Coordinator Paul Bruning mentioned that residents are asking about having culverts set in where they’ve already been. Supervisor Bragg replied he will have to speak with Highway Superintendent Spark in regards to the culverts. Supervisor Bragg will look for the Resolution that prevents from filling in ditches. Supervisor Bragg will speak with GHD about a maintenance and ditching plan.
There being no further information to come before this board, a motion was made by Councilwoman Wittcop, seconded by Councilman Rehwaldt and carried unanimously that the Regular Board Meeting be adjourned at 7:20 PM.
