BUDGET WORKSHOP MEETING

October 30, 2019

The Budget Workshop Meeting of the Town of Royalton was held on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at the Royalton Town Hall, 5316 Royalton Center Road, Middleport, New York. Supervisor Daniel R. Bragg called the meeting to order at 6:35 PM.

The following were present:

Town Clerk Marie L. Little, MMC/RMC

Town Board Members Lee Criswell, Bradley Rehwaldt, Joshua Walker, Carol Wittcop

Account Clerk Lorretta Criswell

Deputy Town Clerk Patricia Hinds

Tax Collector Debra Milliman

Dog Control Officer Scott Wymyczak

Debra Milliman, Tax Collector, was present to go over her budget request for her department. Tax Collector Milliman answered questions from the board regarding her submission.

The Town Board reviewed other line items in the budget that had not been addressed previously.

Discussion ensued on where we stand with the 2020 budget and how much fund balance the board wishes to use to balance this budget.

There being no further information to come before this board, Supervisor Bragg adjourned the Budget Workshop Meeting at 7:45 PM.
