Planning Board Minutes

 

The Town of Royalton Planning Board Meeting was held on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at the Royalton Town Hall, 5316 Royalton Center Road, Middleport, New York. The meeting was called to order at 7:12 PM by Chairman – Kevin Covel.

 

The following were present:

Chairman – Kevin Covel

Board Members – Tom Arlington, Stacey Johnston and Patricia Hinds

Absent – Jesse Bieber, Heather Lewis

Other Officials – None Other Attendees – None

 

MOTION: A motion made by Tom Arlington to accept the minutes from the July 24, 2019 Planning Board Meeting.

Motion: Tom Arlington Seconded: Stacey Johnston ALL IN FAVOR

 

CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED & DISTRIBUTED: -

Packet received from James McIver & Marie Flanigan, Grove Road, Lockport, NY on potential digestive waste pond. Copies of the letter were made and given to our members.

 

OPEN FOR DISCUSSION: -

We continue to work on updating the Town of Royalton Comprehensive Plan in our future meetings.

 

OLD BUSINESS: -

Tom Arlington has given the Planning Board a Site Plan Approval Fees list from a few municipalities for us to review. We are reviewing the fees and the no fees affiliated with Site Plan Approval. The fee for a Building Permit was also discussed.

 

We also questioned where we were at on the Overlay project.

 

NEW BUSINESS: -

New projects coming up were discussed for the September Planning Board meeting.

 

Mike Hartman was not able to attend our meeting tonight.

Our next meeting will be Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 7:30 PM.
